Xbrakes performance rotors come with an industry first nano coated finish that prevents rust and corrosion and lasts over 5 times as long as zinc or electrostatic paint-covered rotors. Xbrakes performance brake rotors can be used for street or track use and are compatible with your vehicle's original equipment brake calipers. Standard Return Policy
We accept returns on new, un-installed items in original packaging within 21 days of invoice date. A returned goods authorization (RGA) number must be issued before any returns can be made. No returns on used, installed, or electrical parts for any reason other than a warranty claim for manufacturer defects.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or the installer to verify that the parts purchased are the correct parts for your application PRIOR to installation. We assume no liability for costs or inconvenience incurred as a result of incorrect parts. We reserve the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee for any and all returned items.
Freight charges on returned items are non-refundable. All returns must be pre-approved, with an RGA number clearly displayed on the box. Brakeworld reserves the right to have the customer ship their warranty claim directly to the manufacturer, and not to Brakeworld. The return must be received by Brakeworld, within 15 calendar days after the RGA number is issued, otherwise the return will be refused.
The RGA number does not imply a replacement or refund on any product, but only that we will inspect the merchandise you purchased based on the claims you have made. Returns must be sent freight-prepaid, and insured by the sender. A refund, exchange, credit or core charge return will not be considered until all related items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to Brakeworld. Original shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. Any fees associated with customs or duties are non-refundable.
All authorized returns must be accompanied by a photocopy of the customer's sales invoice, a written explanation of the problem, and a contact telephone where you can be reached. Items returned freight-collect or unauthorized will be refused. Any item returned to Brakeworld that has shipped free will be charged the original freight cost normally charged by brakeworld. Customers must be aware that they may be subject to inbound and outbound freight to handle and / or process their warranty claim. These freight charges are charged to Brakeworld by the manufacturer and will be passed on to the customer.

This Warranty Provides Consumer Protection Against The Susceptibility To Rotor Warpage Through Valid Uses. Rotor Warpage Is Defined As: An Offset In Rotating Balance, Left To Right, In A Rotor Of Equilibrium. The Wearing Of Rotors Beyond The Manufacturer‘s OE Minimal Thickness Is Not Warrantied.
BRAKE ROTORS 1 Year / 36,000 Mile [Whichever Comes First] Warrantied Until The Rotor Reaches Its Minimum Thickness. At This Point The Rotor Is Worn Out And Not Safe To Use.
BRAKE PADS 1 Year /36,000 Mile [Whichever Comes First] Warrantied Against Materials And Workmanship Defects. Coverage Exclusions Are As Follows, But Not Limited To: Pad Noise, Dust Emissions, And Any Perceived Certification Of Defect Which Is Not Subject To Customers' Expectations.
- Documentation Or Images May Be Required To Submit A Claim. The Inability To Produce Any Requested Certification Or Paperwork Renders The Nullification Of Claim.
- Manufacturers‘ Original Equipment Wheels And Rims Must Be Installed And Used During The Operation Of Any Vehicle With Xbrakes Authorized Parts In Order To Be Considered For Coverage. Aftermarket Wheels, Or Any Wheel Greater In Diameter Than OEM Specifications Are Invalidating Fitments.
- XBrakes Rotors Must Be Used In Conjunction With Xbrakes Pads, Or Approved Pad Manufacturers.
- Only Master-Licensed Or Factory-Authorized Service Centers Are Permitted For Installation Of Parts. Independent Shops Or Personal Installations Are Strictly Not Covered, Regardless Of Credentials. All Mechanical Labor Is Not Reimbursable. No Exceptions.
- Warranty Is Valid From Date Of Purchase. Warranty Does Not Cover Parts That Have Been Used For Off Road, Track, Or Competition Use. Warranty Does Not Cover Cosmetic Damages, Normal Wear And Tear, Or Damage Caused By Negligence, Lack Of Maintenance, Accident, Abnormal Operation, Improper Installation Or Service. Because Many Vehicles Inherently Have On Going Problems, No More Than One (1) Warranty Claim Is Allowed Per Customer.
- Warranty Claim Requires Proof Of Purchase, And Must Be Approved By A Xbrakes Employee. Customer Will Be Responsible For Return Shipping Cost. Any Warranty Claim That Is Accepted Will Be Compensated By Either Store Credit Or Replacement Of Product Of Equivalent Value. Xbrakes Neither Makes Nor Implies Any Other Product Warranty Or Suitability For Purpose Other Than That Expressly Declared Here. To The Extent That Any Salesperson Has Made Any Oral Statements To The Purchaser About The Product, Such Statements Are Not Warranties, Should Not Be Relied On By The Purchaser, And Are Not Part Of The Contract Of Sale.
